Congratulations and Best of Luck
Southern Tier encourages growth in the game of hockey for players, but also for coaches. We are very pleased to see everyone succeed, and reach the highest level of hockey possible. That being said, we would like to congratulate a few of our former coaches from last season and wish them the best of luck on their new journey this season as they move forward in their coaching careers.
Marcus Quinlin was with the organization for the past four years as Head Coach for the 2006 age group. He has been named Head Hockey Instructor for the Ottawa Senators hockey program (youth sports).
Tyler LeClair was part of Marcus' coaching staff for the past four years as Goalie coach and Assistant Trainer, he has also accepted a new position as Assistant Coach at Fort Erie International Academy with the U16 boys hockey.
Don Herrington who spent the past two season as part of Marcus' staff and several other seasons within STA, he has accepted the Head Coach position (earlier this summer) for the Welland Jr. Canadians in the GOJHL.
Southern Tier appreciates everything these gentlemen have put into our organization, and wish them the best of luck in their coaching careers.
